Hev suit and jump module #2

Description

The jump module is activated via double jump, but seems to only go through if the player actually jumps. This means that if paired with a jump cooldown mod or similar they player is not able to use it. A keybind could be useful

Also, the hev suit ragdoll has two variants. The one from the aboot folder seems to be used, but it has a mass of 1 and "default" physmat. The other ragdoll seems to have flesh and proper mass. Not really that bad, you just get a single piece of steel from salvage though
