A selected (sound)font in the settings menu that includes the name of another existing (sound)font will display it as being in use

E.g. if you have a soundfont file named BANK_BASIC.sf2 and BASIC.sf2, and that you select BANK_BASIC.sf2, BASIC.sf2 will also be displayed as being selected.
