[Bug] Preview not working correctly when start time is 0:00

When start time is 0:00, the preview button does not behave correctly

• Video does not automatically resume
• When manually started, toast for "skipped preview" appears but the segment is not actually skipped

what build are you running? are you running the latest version available in manager (16.20.35) or one of the testing builds? (16.28.36)
