[ENHANCEMENT] Headroom Configuration

Problem (one or two sentences)

Headroom provides token savings however there is no zoo-code 'wrap' or instructions on how to use cline wrap which is the closest. In particular there are further complications when trying to configure and work through the proxy with providers like bedrock which adds another level of complexity. While the .clinerules it provides can be copied into .roo/rules/ that only provides the rtk cli feature and not the proxy or whether the mcp proxy can be used.
One or more of specific config extensions in zoo-code, documentation on how to do that or collaboration with the headroom project to add a zoo-code wrap would be useful.

Anyone who wants to use headroom to sake tokens.

Desired behavior (conceptual, not technical)

EIther:

1. zoo-code has explicit config internally for headroom OR
2. headroom has a specific wrap mode for zoo-code OR
3. There is (interim?) documentation on how to hack cline mode or otherwise configure headroom for zoo-code
