I downgraded to the previous version and everything is fine again.

Please fix. I can't access my apps and I can't uninstall (uninstall protection) nor downgrade (android 15 impossible to downgrade apps).

Same problem, iodeOS 2.45 (Android 11).
After pin there is no reaction or incorrect pin error message

@0xblur @Satlinker If you have enabled anti uninstall, boot into safe mode https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/2852139?hl=en and you can disable device admin permission from settings. Update mechanism seems to be broken, reinstall would work.

@PranavPurwar i revoked device admin and still can't uninstall. I did what @mikhoul recommended, but now I can open apps. What to do from here?

@0xblur Now you should be able tu uninstall Applock and install the previous version and keep it until @PranavPurwar fix the issue. ✌️

@mikhoul Can't. I get the "Uninstalling App Lock unsuccsesful" notification even though Device Admin is disabled for App Lock.

He. I've been using this app since V1.0. As I grew more and more confident about it, I started protecting more and more apps, including Settings, F-Droid and zhisuku. I'm afraid I'm out of luck unless I find a way to launch zhizuku and connect it to an app to kill applock via ADB. EDIT: I managed to uninstall via safe mode (in samsung: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/). It throws away your dekstop customization (launcher at least, I read it can also mess up theme, and other customizations. But it allows you to uninstall. I will try a fresh install of applock (too food an app to abbandon, for the moment). EDIT2: safe mode put me in airplane mode, but it's just a matter of deactivating it. EDIT3: I installed fresh, now testing with a few apps (all previous appblock settings gone, of course)

Deinstallation in safe mode and reinstallation worked for me.
That's I have noticed:
Whenever you try to close the app using the back button, it always asks you to create a new pin.
When you open locked apps, they show up briefly before the Pin prompt appears.
I didn't try Shizuku because I use Dhizuku.
No major issues—it's a great app.
