Add support for additional languages

Hi there! I noticed that this project currently lacks support for a few major programming languages. Since platforms like Codeforces support a wide variety of environments, would it be possible to add support for Rust, Go, and Ruby? I am particularly interested in using Rust. Thank you!

Adding more languages is definitely feasible — the runner architecture already handles per-language compile/run steps, so Rust, Go, and Ruby can be added the same way.

One thing to note: language support has two layers in this plugin — local test execution and platform submission. LeetCode supports Rust/Go/Ruby, but Programmers only allows certain languages per problem, and SWE Academy doesn't support them at all. So the plan would be to add all three for local execution and LeetCode, while submission availability will depend on each platform.

I'll start with Rust since that's your main interest.

Rust, Go, and Ruby are now supported. Local test execution works on all platforms; submission is supported on LeetCode and Codeforces (Go/Ruby also on Programmers — Rust isn't supported by that platform).

Local runs require the toolchain installed (rustc / go / ruby); common install locations are auto-detected. The update will appear on the JetBrains Marketplace once it passes review.
