Context
On HubSpot, customers should be able to sync their existing HubSpot knowledge-base
articles as a Fin content source — the same capability that exists for Freshdesk /
Zendesk. This option does not appear to exist in the HubSpot UI today.
Current behaviour
- No visible way to connect/sync an existing HubSpot knowledge base during or
after Fin setup.
Expected behaviour
- HubSpot KB sync is available in the UI.
- Presented with the same treatment as Freshdesk: its own dedicated section at the
start of the content-source step (mirrors Issue 1).
- Uses the HubSpot logo (not Zendesk).
