…l UX - Add 7 new tests (13 total, up from 6) covering: - install command: specific tool, all alias, unknown tool, pip failure - versions command: unknown tool error, per-tool not-installed state - dispatch: invalid tool subcommand rejection - Fix silent failure in versions command when unknown tool name is given (now prints error and exits with code 1)
…evforge repo The pyproject.toml [project.urls] pointed to the non-existent Coding-Dev-Tools/revenueholdings repo. All three URLs (Homepage, Repository, Issue Tracker) now correctly point to Coding-Dev-Tools/devforge. The README had broken links in the GitHub stars badge, Report a Bug, and Report an Issue links — all now point to the correct devforge repo. Also fixes encoding artifacts (em dashes, smart quotes) in README.
