Add Xquik OpenAPI parser fixture

Summary

• Add a compact Xquik OpenAPI 3.1 fixture for GET /api/v1/x/tweets/search.
• Assert parser output for method, path, tag, query params, response ref, and API-key security.

Validation

• pnpm test for the spec parser target
• pnpm run typecheck
• pnpm run build
