Description

Removed links to our support inbox from the following pages:

  • /support
  • /about/mesh
  • /about/new-and-upcoming-features
  • /pricing-and-commercial/letters

Context

This all looks good James! Happy to approve this, but there are a couple of things that may need looking into separately.

We include the Notify email address on https://notify.nhs.uk/accessibility/ – however, we may legally need to retain this, so that website users have a way to contact us if they have an access need which our website is not currently meeting:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/accessibility-requirements-for-public-sector-websites-and-apps#meeting-accessibility-requirements

We also include the Notify email address on our service catalogue pages, so we may need to revisit these and remove contact details if/where appropriate.
