This is a short phase and is mostly debuff vomit.
EDIT: I think it works right now... but will likely need to be tuned with durationSeconds and merging outputs due to TTS conflicts.
May also use this PR to reduce the Mystery Magic trigger count or that could hold off until a later PR.
