In certain config (In my case,
gcc/12.4.0, cuda/12.1.1, Kokkos/4.6.01), Kokkos parallel dispatch fails to captureUniformGridmembers correctly, even when usingKOKKOS_CLASS_LAMBDA. This has been fixed by using explicit copies. Additionaly, UniformGridSpline evaluator has been updated to use device coordinates.
