Updates the README’s “Maintainer(s)” section to reflect the current lead maintainer and keep the current maintainers list alphabetically ordered.
Changes:
- Assigns Matthew Bluteau as Lead Maintainer for 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026
- Reorders the current maintainers list to restore alphabetical ordering
