Bump mod-blocks to v1.23.0 (articles magazine layout) and mod-docs to v1.13.4 (bookshop v3.18.5 transitively); refresh exampleSite hugo_stats.json, which now includes the magazine grid classes so PurgeCSS retains them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
