- Update abseil-cpp to 20260526.0 in MODULE.bazel. - Update Dockerfile and cloudbuild.yaml to use clang-12 and gcc-10. - Note: The Docker image needs to be rebuilt and the SHA in cloudbuild.yaml updated. PiperOrigin-RevId: 930650539
