Summary

expand profiling docs from QR-only to hosted Nsight Compute profiling for QR v2 and eigh
document the eigh --benchmark-index flow and current reference-kernels main benchmark table
make --profile-brev help mention POPCORN_BREV_PROFILER_URL and the BREV_PROFILER_URL fallback

Addresses the docs/help portion of #69.
