docs(geneva): add installation instructions #285

Document installing Geneva from PyPI (latest stable, the default) with uv or pip, plus an opt-in section for installing pre-release builds from LanceDB's Fury indexes (including the --index-strategy unsafe-best-match requirement for uv). Good call, we needed to explain how to install Geneva before showing import geneva in the code snippets.
