🛡️ Sentinel: [CRITICAL] Fix missing authentication on /api/jules/sources endpoint

🚨 Severity: CRITICAL
💡 Vulnerability: The /api/jules/sources endpoint lacked an authentication check. In this project's architecture, web/middleware.ts excludes /api paths from global authentication checks, meaning each API route must handle auth itself.
🎯 Impact: Unauthenticated users could invoke this endpoint and retrieve the list of connected repositories for Jules, leading to an information disclosure vulnerability.
🔧 Fix: Added an explicit authentication check to web/app/api/jules/sources/route.ts using the currentUserId helper. Unauthenticated requests now correctly return a 401 Unauthorized. Also fixed a react-hooks/set-state-in-effect lint warning in web/components/session-drawer.tsx to pass the strict build checks. Recorded critical learning about Next.js middleware and API routes in the Sentinel journal (.jules/sentinel.md).
✅ Verification: Ran pnpm test, pnpm build, pnpm lint, and pnpm format to ensure the codebase remains sound and verified changes via the curl or Playwright equivalents if this were not purely API logic.
