…M_TOKEN The npm token with publish rights lives as a secret on this repo and can't be copied to pilot-protocol/pilot-mcp, so the pilot-mcp (pilotprotocol-mcp) release is driven from here: workflow_dispatch checks out the pilot-mcp repo, sanity-checks the MCP server boots, and publishes.
