This PR standardizes the repository's structure and documentation. Key changes include:

  • Renaming all categorical directories (e.g., deque -> Deque, Error-debug -> ErrorHandling) and many Python scripts (e.g., Anagram_Check_Sorted_Sol.py -> AnagramCheckSortedSol.py) to a consistent PascalCase.
  • Refactoring the cycle_check method in LinkedLists/SinglyLinkedListCycleCheckImple.py to be a proper instance method using self.
  • Creating/updating README.md files in every subdirectory to include a standardized "Contents" section with time complexity analysis for each script using LaTeX notation.
  • Comprehensive updates to the root README.md to reflect the new file structure, fix broken links, and update algorithmic complexity information (e.g., Shell Sort).
  • Verification of all internal relative links and successful execution of all 49 non-interactive Python scripts.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9344133758028278447 started by @ppant
