This PR standardizes the repository's naming conventions and improves its documentation.

Key changes:

  • Naming Standardization: All directories and Python scripts have been renamed to follow a consistent PascalCase convention, improving maintainability and professional appearance.
  • Typo Fixes: Corrected typos in several filenames (e.g., BalanceParenthlessCheckImple.py to BalanceParenthesesCheckImple.py).
  • Enhanced Documentation:
    • Updated the root README.md and all subdirectory README.md files with corrected internal links.
    • Added Big O complexity analysis using LaTeX notation for each implementation in the READMEs.
    • Restructured the project overview in the root README.
  • Code Refactoring: Updated SinglyLinkedListCycleCheckImple.py to define cycle_check as a proper instance method using self, fixing a non-idiomatic implementation.
  • Complexity Corrections: Updated Shell Sort's complexity to $O(n^2)$ to accurately reflect its worst-case performance.

All 50 scripts were verified to execute without errors using a bash-based test loop.
