This PR standardizes the repository's structure and enhances its documentation. Key changes include renaming directories and files to follow a consistent PascalCase convention, refactoring core logic in linked list and recursion scripts for better modularity and correctness, and updating all README files with comprehensive descriptions and time complexity analysis ($O(n)$ notation). All changes have been verified through script execution and link validation.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 11717760622965517805 started by @ppant

…ntation

- Renamed directories 'deque' to 'Deque' and 'Error-debug' to 'ErrorHandling'.
- Standardized all Python script filenames to PascalCase (e.g., AnagramCheckSortedSol.py).
- Refactored 'LinkedLists/SinglyLinkedListCycleCheckImple.py' to use an instance method and fixed the cycle detection logic.
- Generalized the memoization cache in 'Recursion/FibonacciSeqDynamic.py'.
- Updated the root README.md with a more professional structure, icons, and corrected links.
- Created/updated README.md files in all subdirectories with detailed content descriptions and time complexity analysis using LaTeX notation.
- Verified all 49 non-interactive scripts execute successfully with Python 3.
- Validated all internal links in the Markdown documentation.
