This PR standardizes the naming conventions across the repository and provides a comprehensive documentation update, including Big O complexity analysis for all implemented algorithms.

Key changes:

  • Renamed directories and files to follow a consistent PascalCase convention.
  • Refreshed all README.md files with accurate LaTeX complexity notation.
  • Fixed several typos in script names.
  • Ensured all internal links are valid and scripts remain functional.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15305409081603755013 started by @ppant

- Standardized directory and file naming to PascalCase.
- Renamed 'deque' to 'Deque' and 'Error-debug' to 'ErrorHandling'.
- Updated root README.md and all subdirectory README.md files.
- Added LaTeX time complexity analysis to all algorithm descriptions.
- Fixed typos in filenames (e.g., 'BalanceParenthlessCheckImple.py' -> 'BalanceParenthesesCheckImple.py').
- Verified all internal links and script execution.
