This PR provides a comprehensive update to the project's documentation and structure. It ensures that every major category has its own README.md with content descriptions and complexity analysis using LaTeX. Additionally, it standardizes the project's naming convention to PascalCase for both directories and files, fixes logical/stylistic issues in the linked list cycle check script, and corrects technical inaccuracies in the sorting documentation. All changes have been verified through link checks and batch script execution.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6390655477132606680 started by @ppant

…intenance

- Updated root README.md with correct links and complexity notation.
- Created/Updated READMEs in all categorical directories (Arrays, Deque, ErrorHandling, LinkedLists, Sorting, Stacks, Trees).
- Renamed directories (deque -> Deque, Error-debug -> ErrorHandling) and scripts to align with PascalCase convention.
- Fixed typo in 'BalanceParenthesesCheckImple.py'.
- Refactored 'cycle_check' in SinglyLinkedListCycleCheckImple.py to a proper instance method.
- Corrected Shell Sort complexity to O(n^2) for worst-case.
- Verified all 49 non-interactive scripts execute successfully.
- Verified all markdown links are valid.
