This pull request adds support for reporting system service statuses to the agent, while maintaining full backward compatibility with older payload and config formats. It introduces a new optional
servicesfield in both the agent's config and reporting payload, implements the logic to collect and report service statuses usingsystemctl, and adds comprehensive tests to ensure correct behavior and compatibility.Part 2 of companion PR: vitodeploy/vito#1200
