…l UX - Add 7 new tests (13 total, up from 6) covering: - install command: specific tool, all alias, unknown tool, pip failure - versions command: unknown tool error, per-tool not-installed state - dispatch: invalid tool subcommand rejection - Fix silent failure in versions command when unknown tool name is given (now prints error and exits with code 1)
